Wrong Side Of The Tracks

Ever wonder about words, terms, and phrases? I do. For instance, the phrase "wrong side of the tracks" comes from a time when railroad tracks would cut through a town and literally divide the classes. Usually the side downwind would be dirtier and the real estate cheaper which helped create the schism.

Now we just toss these phrases around and spew these words from our lips, thoughtless and vapid. There's history to be found in language and yet we don't notice it because speaking has become so commonplace and every day...theclotheshorse, the clothes horse, the, clothes, horse, fashion, style, personal, hipster, eccentric, eclectic, secondhand, vintage, music, railroad, tracks, photo shoot, picturestheclotheshorse, the clothes horse, the, clothes, horse, fashion, style, personal, hipster, eccentric, eclectic, secondhand, vintage, music, railroad, tracks, photo shoot, picturestheclotheshorse, the clothes horse, the, clothes, horse, fashion, style, personal, hipster, eccentric, eclectic, secondhand, vintage, music, railroad, tracks, photo shoot, picturestheclotheshorse, the clothes horse, the, clothes, horse, fashion, style, personal, hipster, eccentric, eclectic, secondhand, vintage, music, railroad, tracks, photo shoot, pictures
