Rodarte's collection makes me want to dance away. So whimsical and soft, yet I like the play with texture and shapes and toughness. They paired tulle dresses with motorcycle gloves, showed tulle in shapes other than a-line tutus. I am now positively itching to bring my sewing machine to my dorm room and buying yards and yards of tulle and stitching on random bobbins. Can't you just see me prancing to class in a be-jewelled, buttoned, sequined, feathered, amazing tutu creation? I also think it would be interesting to add those bits and extras to an a-line skirt with a heavier fabric, or making tulle into a pencil skirt...
