I saw this girl on Facehunter and immediately thought "DIY!" I don't know if she drew these peacock feathers on her tights herself, but it looks like a great idea, no? I know when my tights start to look a little ragged I will be trying out this look. Just don't attempt to do while wearing, unless you want your legs to look tattooed once you take your tights off.
