Exhaustion

I do not think I am getting enough sleep lately. The signs: I'm always tired and more importantly I put my skirt on upside down this morning. What's next? Wearing my shoes on the wrong feet? Honestly if a girl is too tired to dress herself she should not be required to attend class.

Also, I am asking for some advice: if you are wearing a knit fitted skirt and tights should you wear a slip or no slip? Will the slip cause the skirt to rise up and no slip will cause friction with the tights and make it stay in place? Anyone know which is better?
