I love displays of butterflies, but they always strike me as rather tragic. There's just something depressing about those beautiful creatures pressed between cold slabs of glass. Thankfully, artist Catherine Swan has the answer, paper butterflies just as pretty as the real thing.
Another beautiful paper work and perfect pairing for those lovely creatures would be Jude Miller's paper flowers. Her works draw inspiration from flora from all over the world and are as lovely as reality while being less ephemeral.
