With Color One Obtains An Energy That Stems From Witchcraft

I really enjoy wearing color, but I often struggle in finding editorials that use color in a way that I want to emulate. Textures, accessories, and sheer lavishness appears regularily in editorials in a very admirable way, but color as the subject seems to take a backseat or to be done in a harsh, heavy-handed manner. This editorial from Harpers Bazaar is an exception for me; it is no surprise that it is also shot by Camilla Akrans who always sensitively employs color to evoke mood in her photographs.
