Today was my day to relax and enjoy the scenery, but the weather wasn't cooperating. I had just arrived home and run inside to collect an umbrella when a voice on a loudspeaker (like a watcher from above) informed everyone within hearing distance that we had a high wind advisory and they were even expecting hail and everyone was advised to stay inside. It was one of those "you know you live on a military base when..." a voice from above tells you what to do--and you don't think you're crazy, but you actually listen.
