Let It Snow!

Many clothes that seem to involve snowflakes veer on the holiday themed teachers sweater category, I firmly believe that it is possible to incorporate snowflakes into clothes without the kitsche. Case in point: Alexander McQueen and Chanel.
The McQueen sweater dress looks seasonally appropriate in both appearance and comfort level. Who doesn't want to get snuggly in that hooded dress?
These Chanel pieces might not intentional reference snowflakes, but they look appropriate for a futuristic snow queen. The pieces are from the Fall 2006 Couture collection.

Since your diet should reflect your style, wearers of these items should dine exclusively on snowflake cookies. Instructions on how to make these can be found here.
P.S. Life in Athens is a bit rocky (pun intended, since I was within 10 feet of rioters flinging rocks at the police), but it goes on. Right now for us, it is a bit like vacation (no school) meets house arrest (not supposed to leave our apartments, although we all blatantly break this rule).
To everyone who has commented or is concerned, I want to reassure you all once again that it really is fairly safe here. Also, it is too wonderful to feel so cared for by people I've never met. What is happening is terrible, but sweet words brighten the darkest day.
