Dancing in the Rain

Inspired by the thunder and lightning storm currently taking place outside I thought I might go outside and dance in the rain. Problem: no rain boots. What is a girl to do? Trash bags worn over the feet is always an option, but so unstylish, so uncool, no? No! Christian Lacroix certainly doesn't agree, as he proves with his Paris collection.
Okay, so these shoes are not literally trash bags worn as shoes or over shoes. Still isn't the resemblance too great to ignore? The rest of the monochromatic looks with their carefully chosen embellishments is lovely.
